NOTE: Pre-registration is closed. The Registration Desk on the Mezzanine level of the hotel will be open 7:30am–7:30pm on Wednesday, and 7:00am–8:00pm on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, to accept on-site registrations.
For those who have pre-registered: Attendee badges are not being mailed in advance.
Attendees must stop by the Registration Desk to pick up their badges,
tickets, and all meeting materials prior to attending any/all sessions.
On-Site Registration
Because some materials
for on-site registrants cannot be prepared in advance, delays at the
Registration Desk are possible. Registration forms will be available at the Registration Desk, or you may wish to download and print the PDF of the registration form
and fill it out in advance.
NO ADMITTANCE WITHOUT PAYMENT. Registration must be paid by credit
card, check, or money order. If paying by check, please note that all non-U.S. checks must be
drafted from banks with a U.S. counterpart and made payable to APM.
Postgraduate fellows, residents, and/or students should bring proof
of status at their current institution to register at the trainee rate. We
recommend a letter from your residency/training director.

Prospective members may attend the Annual Meeting at the member rate,
provided
that they submit a completed membership application form and dues
payment either before or as part of their conference registration.
Please
note that prospective members are responsible for the difference
between the
member and non-member conference rate if, for whatever reason, the
Membership Committee does not approve the application by January 31,
2009. In
this case, a portion of the membership payment submitted will be used
to offset
the difference, and any remaining payment will be refunded.
For membership information and applilcation procedures,
please see How to Join APM.
Renew APM Now, and Save!
Current APM members can save $25 off the renewal price of their 2009
membership if they renew at the same time as they register for the
Annual Meeting. Annual membership dues go up $50/year beginning in 2009
for Full and Associate members. Renew your 2009 dues with your meeting
registration and save half the dues increase.
