NOTE FOR PRE-REGISTRANTS: Attendee badges are not being mailed in advance. Attendees must stop by the Registration Desk to pick up their badges, tickets, and all meeting materials prior to attending any/all sessions. Pre-registration helps ensure that you experience little or no wait when picking up your meeting materials. The Registration Desk opens early each day and will remain open throughout the conference.

On-Site Registration

Attendees may register on site for the meeting. Because some materials for on-site registrants cannot be prepared in advance, delays at the Registration Desk are possible.

If you registered on or after October 22, bring your completed registration form to the Registration Desk at the meeting to ensure that it is processed properly. If you submitted your registration form late and you are not listed in the attendee list at the Registration Desk, you will have to register again using the same form and a credit card to assure payment. Only one payment will be recorded after the meeting and after reconciling all registration forms received.

If paying by check, please note that all non-U.S. checks must be drafted from banks with a U.S. counterpart and made payable to APM. Your cancelled check or your credit card statement is your registration receipt.

Postgraduate fellows, residents, and/or students should include proof of status at their current institution with their registration form. We recommend a letter from your residency/training director.
