During APM's 2006 Annual Meeting in Tucson, the Council approved the recommendation of the Membership Committee to provide CDs and other educational materials from APM's update courses of 2004 and 2005 to PM fellowship programs of which at least 50% of the core faculty and at least 50% of the fellowship trainees are APM members.
The Membership Committee asks that all of you look into your institutions and encourage non-members in your program to apply so that your program can avail of these benefits. The CDs can be used as a great opportunity to provide additional educational resources for your fellowship and residency programs.
To claim your CDs, the Chief of the Service at your institution (or his or her designee) must fill out and fax or mail the:
