SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS
The 2004 CDs run on both Windows and Macintosh computers using any common browser EXCEPT Internet Explorer 7 (IE7). If you are working under the Windows Vista operating system (which comes with IE7 as the default browser), or if you have upgraded to IE7 under Windows XP, you need to view the CDs with an alternative browser such as Firefox or Opera.

More for Vista or IE7 users...

If you do not have Firefox or Opera on your computer, first download and install either browser.

The easy way to view the CDs is to set the alternative browser as your default browser so that when you insert the CD into the CD drive, the course will be displayed automatically by the alternative browser. You can set the default browser via:

  • Firefox: Tools > Options > Main, System Defaults
  • Opera: Tools > Preferences > Advanced, Programs

If you do not wish to make the alternative browser your default browser, then you need to manually display the course in the browser.

  • With the CD in your CD drive, select File > Open in Firefox or Opera.
  • Browse to your CD drive and double-click the file called "toc.html".
